What is a smart factory?

The smart factory is a new stage that today's factories have achieved on the basis of equipment intelligence, management modernization, and information computerization. The content includes not only the integration of the above-mentioned smart devices and automation systems, but also the enterprise management information system (MIS). Mingjian Intelligent Factory System is the first intelligent manufacturing service platform in China in the era of Industry 4.0. The platform consists of three modules: SCADA data acquisition board, factory-level MES system and APP industrial application on the smart phone. System Components

SCADA data acquisition and control system

The data acquisition and control system acts as a gateway to connect the equipment of the smart factory to the network end-to-end. The equipment parameters, operating status and operator information collected by the system will be uploaded to the server or the cloud, real-time, accurate and efficient. Provide information resources for manufacturing execution systems. After the MES system stores, processes and analyzes the information, the command control signal is passed through the system for underlying control. Control board

Using the standard MODBUS development protocol, directly connect the PLC, controller, host computer and form a subnet to achieve intelligent control;

Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Ming's MES system mainly consists of two layers: 1. Top-level UMES for ERP and docking with it; 2. Bottom DMES for PCS of shop floor process control system.

UMES is responsible for the communication between the workshop floor and the factory ERP system, and formulates the monthly and daily plans according to the production plan issued by the ERP system;

On the one hand, DMES dynamically arranges the processing order of parts according to the current system status, and makes rational use of system resources. On the other hand, it will formulate a good production plan to send production orders to the workshop site, and collect real-time data of field equipment and production process for statistical analysis. Processing, returning the results of statistical analysis processing to the top-level ERP system, thereby achieving seamless integration of the top-level ERP system and the underlying control system, and realizing the flexibility of the production line.
