The data acquisition and control system acts as a gateway to connect the equipment of the smart factory to the network end-to-end. Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Ming's MES system mainly consists of two layers: 1. Top-level UMES for ERP and docking with it; 2. Bottom DMES for PCS of shop floor process control system.
UMES is responsible for the communication between the workshop floor and the factory ERP system, and formulates the monthly and daily plans according to the production plan issued by the ERP system;
On the one hand, DMES dynamically arranges the processing order of parts according to the current system status, and makes rational use of system resources. On the other hand, it will formulate a good production plan to send production orders to the workshop site, and collect real-time data of field equipment and production process for statistical analysis.
