Call Clarity?
Call Clarity is Plantronics' patented technology, which is an electronic signal processing and noise cancellation system included in the amplifier, which improves the quality of transmission and reception.

These headphones can be easily "switched" from one style to another in a few simple steps. Plantronics convertible headsets include DuoProTM (H171/H171N), DuoSetTM (H141/H141N) and M170/M175 mobile headsets.
