Overview

The smart power online monitoring device is an intelligent power device designed for TT and TN systems up to 0.4kV. It has comprehensive single and three-phase AC power measurement, four-quadrant energy metering, harmonic analysis, remote signal input, and remote signal output functions. 1.1 Indicator Definition

● Running indicator (green): When the meter is in normal operation, the indicator light flashes, the flashing frequency is about once a second;

● Silence indicator (green): When the instrument is in the mute state, the indicator light is on;

● Alarm indicator (yellow): When the instrument is in the alarm state, the indicator light is on;

● Fault indicator (yellow): When the instrument is in failure, the fault indicator is always on (the fault is external line fault, not the fault of the instrument itself);

● Status indicator (green): long-lit (connected to the server), flashing (server not connected);

● Communication indicator (green): Flash (internal communication of the instrument is normal), slow flash (internal communication of the instrument is abnormal);

● Signal indicator (red): long-on (wireless signal strong, RSSI value greater than 15) flashes (wireless signal is weak, RSSI value is less than 15);

● Network indicator (red): Flashing (GPRS module is working normally).

1.2 Key operation

Keys can be used to set the address and parameters of the instrument. The instrument can also be muted, self-tested, and reset by pressing keys.

2 common fault analysis of the instrument

● If the instrument operation indicator does not light, please check whether the power supply is connected.

● If the instrument status indicator flashes, check whether the instrument is configured or the SIM is plugged in;

● If the instrument communication light flashes slowly, repair it directly;

● If the network indicator light of the instrument is on or off, there is a problem with the GPRS module of the instrument and it is directly sent for repair.

3 Installation requirements

● This meter should be installed in a place where the wireless signal is good;

● Qualified installers must install this meter and read the instructions carefully before installation.

● When wiring, according to the wiring method in the instructions for use, after the completion of wiring, carefully check the correctness of the wiring, so as to avoid damaging the detector and generating dangerous accidents after power on;

● When installing or removing the instrument, please make sure that the power supply, the busbar to be tested and related parts are cut off to prevent electric shock and danger and injury to personnel;

● The wiring and wiring should be in accordance with relevant regulations to avoid accidents such as short circuit and open circuit, as well as convenient maintenance and repair in the future;
