According to the "Korean Daily" report, South Korea's Samsung Electronics and Germany's Osram related to LED lighting technology patent lawsuit, Samsung won the first. The Patent Jurisdiction Committee of the Korean Patent Office said on May 22 that Samsung Electronics had requested the declaration of two Korean patents of OSRAM in March last year, and the ruling of "Osram patent invalidation" was made in the case. The ruling of the Patent Judicial Committee is equivalent to the first-instance judgment. If Osram is dissatisfied, it can appeal to the Patent Court and the Grand Court in charge of the second and third trials.
