The highly integrated LC05111CMT utilizes analog circuit technology, MOSFET technology, advanced package expertise and technology to integrate controller and driver functions in a single circuit.
The LC05111CMT achieves high precision current control without the need for a current sense resistor. This current control shortens the charging time by supporting a larger charging current. The device includes a high-precision current-sense circuit and a detection delay circuit to prevent overcharging, over-discharging, excessive current discharge, and excessive current charging. The high level of integration reduces the number of components, thus reducing the board space required in space-constrained battery packs.
