Coolpad will issue 650 million shares to raise 580 million yuan

Sina Technology News February 17 afternoon news, Coolpad issued an announcement, will issue 653,189,580 rights shares, to raise funds.

According to the announcement, Coolpad will issue 653,189,580 rights shares at a price of HK$1.10 per rights share on the basis of 3 rights shares for every 20 shares, equivalent to 4,354,597,200 shares currently issued by Coolpad. 15% of the shares, 13.04% of the issued shares after the issue of the rights issue.

When the provisional quota for the rights issue is fully accepted, the funds raised by the rights issue will reach approximately HK$696 million (after deducting expenses, approximately RMB 584 million). The rights issue will be underwritten by UOB.
