Air shower equipment introduction:

Air shower

Also known as air bath room (AIRSHOWER)

There are two types of blowing objects: the device that blows people is generally called ------Air shower

The device that blows the goods is generally called --- the cargo shower

Main function: to blow off dust on human clothes equipment, materials and tools when the operator or article enters the clean room

The cargo shower room is generally designed to have no floor type, which is convenient for the goods to pass. With the increasingly strict requirements of the current blowing, the door is generally designed as a manual stainless steel double-open type or a fully automatic PVC rolling door type for easy opening.

According to the different materials used, it is generally divided into three types:

1) Color steel plate, suitable for dry environment, using a small number of workshops, the price is low.

2) Cold-rolled steel plate (pickled phosphating electrostatic spraying), suitable for use in electronics factories. The number of users is relatively large. Because the door is made of stainless steel, it is very durable, but the price is relatively moderate.

3) Stainless steel plate (mainly divided into SUS201 and SUS304), suitable for food processing, health care product processing industry, the workshop environment is relatively moist but will not rust.

Remarks: If the workshop has acid or alkali or corrosive gas, SUS304 material should be used. This material has the resistance to weak acid and weak alkali.

According to the different blowing methods, there are generally three types:

2)

Double air shower

Type: Two side plates have nozzles, suitable for domestic food processing enterprises, such as: pastry production, dried fruit and other small-scale enterprises

3)

Three air shower

Type: There are nozzles on both side plates and tops, suitable for export processing enterprises, or high-precision instruments and other industries with high requirements.
