According to the announcement, Dehao Runda holds 633,301,000 shares of common stock of NVC, accounting for 20.24% of its total issued ordinary shares, being its single largest shareholder; Mr. Wang Donglei, Chairman of Dehao Runda Non-executive director and chairman of NVC Lighting (term of office until the annual general meeting).
On June 21, 2013, NVC Lighting held an annual general meeting to elect a new board member of NVC Lighting at the annual general meeting. At the conference, Mr. Wang Donglei, Chairman of Dehao Runda, was re-elected as a non-executive director of NVC Lighting. Mr. Dehao Runda Wang Dongming was elected as the executive director of NVC Lighting for the first time.
