Before removing the AS15, be sure to fix the nearby small chip RC components, otherwise it will be easily blown away by the air gun. I use the commonly used masking paper, and stick it around the chip. The temperature of the hot air should be raised as much as possible, and the air volume should not be too large, so that the heat can be concentrated to shorten the heating time and better protect the safety of the circuit board.
