Take out the logic board and observe it carefully. It is found that the surface of the AS15 chip is a bit dark and uneven. It feels caused by high temperature for a long time. This has caused me doubts about it. Change it, change it!

Before removing the AS15, be sure to fix the nearby small chip RC components, otherwise it will be easily blown away by the air gun. I use the commonly used masking paper, and stick it around the chip. The temperature of the hot air should be raised as much as possible, and the air volume should not be too large, so that the heat can be concentrated to shorten the heating time and better protect the safety of the circuit board.

After removing the chip, the soldering iron is used to trim the pad to facilitate soldering of the chip.
