3. For every 10% increase in media density, the power must increase by 30%.

4, square pool, rectangular pool can also be considered in the impeller size, helix angle, installation position, inlet and outlet position, etc. to achieve no dead ends or small dead angle.

5, the flow rate problem, there are many mixers for the flow, you must provide the original flow rate, pool section, length and other related data and the required flow rate. 6, the installation height of the submersible mixer

(1) The diameter of the impeller is less than 1 m from the bottom of the tank to the center of the mixer X = impeller radius + 0.7 m.

(2) The impeller diameter is more than 1 meter and is calculated by the radius of +1 meter.

(3) The installation height can be increased or lowered according to the depth of the pool.

Practical application of submersible mixer

Compared to conventional long shaft mixers, submersible mixers have the advantage of producing different flow directions. A variety of flow patterns with different effects can be obtained from different installation positions of the submersible mixer. This creates a better flow pattern in the pool, eliminating the need to stir dead angles. The matching power required by the submersible mixer is determined by factors such as the volume of the tank, the density of the medium, the viscosity, and the depth of the mixing medium. Depending on the situation, one or more submersible mixers can be used.
