PLC control system hardware composition

The PLC control system hardware includes a chassis and a color LCD display. The chassis is equipped with a PLC host, digital modules, analog modules, and fault removal switches. The PLC main unit is used to receive and process operation commands from the driver, constant power excitation control, constant low speed control, locomotive operation logic control, diesel engine control, auxiliary system control, fault detection, diagnosis, protection and related data records, related parameter organization, display And parameter modifications. The digital module is used to collect the switch signals such as the controller, the key switch and the auxiliary contacts. The output of the module is used to control the air valve, contactor and relay through isolation and amplification. The analog module is used to collect analog signals such as traction motor current, main generator voltage, diesel water temperature and oil pressure. The fault cut-off switch is used to cut off faults such as high water temperature in diesel engine, differential pressure fault, low oil pressure in diesel engine and insufficient wind pressure in train.

The color LCD display adopts 10.4" touch screen to display the locomotive running status parameters, fault alarm information and prompt information display.
