(Singapore – July 20, 2015) Molex Corporation announces the availability of a wide range of Woodhead® LED wide area portable magnetic lamps in the humid environment. This high-durability solution provides contractors and maintenance, manufacturing, and quality control personnel with luminaires that can consume up to 40 watts of power and achieve 2,700 lumens of brightness and up to 50,000 hours of life. Compared to conventional luminaires such as high pressure sodium lamps (HPS) and metal halide lamps (MH), this product can significantly extend the expected life. The luminaire is also equipped with heavy-duty magnets that can be quickly, easily and securely mounted to a variety of metal surfaces.
Tom McCollum, global product manager at Molex, said: “The cost of illuminating the luminaire after the source has burned out is extremely high due to high electricity bills, and the inconvenience is extremely costly and challenging for the workplace. Woodhead LED wide-area portable magnetic lamps enable efficient operation, significantly reduce energy consumption, and solve many challenges, while long-life LED light sources also mean significant maintenance requirements."
Woodhead LED wide-area portable magnetic lamps have instantaneous turn-on capability at extreme temperatures, no mercury, and do not cost the luminaire. This product has a brightness of 2700 lumens at 5000K and a color reproduction index (CRI) of 86, providing excellent color reproduction. The WaterTIte® Connectivity Connector is certified for use in wet environments and is an option for the product to bundle multiple fixtures to provide illumination for large areas. The rugged cast aluminum housing and molded polycarbonate lens are resistant to shock, vibration, shock and corrosion. This luminaire product is certified by a third-party cULus for wet environments and meets US and Canadian compliance requirements.

·Basic precautions
Do not put expensive oil into low-quality cartridges to avoid wastage. Most pre-filled oil cartridges have the so-called 510 thread. The oil cartridge screws onto a rechargeable battery. Some of these batteries have buttons and some heat up automatically when you pump the oil. Some batteries have multiple temperature settings and some heat up to a preset temperature; these features need to be known in advance.
·Cleaning notes
Use a suitable cleaning tool to clean them, such as activated charcoal or dried tea leaves in a used pipe to absorb the oil. It is important not to use alcohol or other boiling water to clean the pipe, and to wait until it has cooled down completely before cleaning. Otherwise, the hot stem will come into contact with the watery liquid and cause the mouthpiece tenon to loosen, thus shortening the life of the 510 cartridges.
This is what you should be aware of when using 510 cartridges. At the same time, when using 510 cartridges, there are still some vaping tips, for example, when using them, be careful not to suck too hard, will not produce smoke. When you inhale too hard, the smoke is sucked directly into your mouth and not atomized by the atomizer, so gently inhaling is more powerful and gives you a better vaping experience.
