Q: HOW DO YOU SOLVE THE QUALITY PROBLEM OR HOW YOU HELP YOUR CLIENTS IN MARKETING?
A: Our sales team marketing on professional markets and we will only deal with no more than 10 clients in each market. Our salesman or marketing director will visit our key clients in key market. We will solve all kinds of problems and work out solutions together with clients face to face.
Q: DO YOU OEM FOR CLIENTS?
A: Yes, 80% we are doing OEM, but we also have our own brand name. Also we supply naked tubes for Osram and GE OEM factory here. WE ALSO OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR CLIENTS WHO CAN ASSEMBLE SKD OR CKD BY THEMSELVES.
Q: HOW YOU OFFER GUARANTEE AND WARANTEE FOR CLIENTS?
A: We offer at least 2 year guarantee for all LED products. Once there was complaint from clients or markets, we will check out and discuss then work out suitable solutions together with clients.
Q: HOW YOU CONTROL QUALITY?
A: Now we mainly use AUTO MACHINE such as AUTO-inserting components machine, AUTO-soldering machine etc. to improve the quality stability. At the same time, we run a very strict QC rules which will test products 6 times during producing and also we make QC when the goods semi-finished and then when the goods totally assembled.
