Faced with the severe situation, the Hebei company strengthened the management of dispatch operations, actively sought outsourcing of electricity, continuously improved the quality of service, and achieved a steady increase in electricity sales.

The company closely follows the development trend of the market and optimizes the power supply services for major projects such as railways, highways, airports and other major customers. The company set up a green channel to accelerate the expansion of the industry's progress, optimize the industry expansion process, this year added a total of 209,000 new customers, the new equipment capacity of 5.9283 million kVA. In addition, the Hebei company vigorously strengthens the power grid construction. In 2011, it plans to complete investment in the power grid construction of 7 billion yuan, and put into operation 67 new 110 kilovolt and above expansion substations with capacity of 7.11 million kVA, laying a solid foundation for stable growth of electricity sales.
