The solution uses the GW1NR series of non-volatile FPGA devices, integrating random access user flash modules, featuring low power consumption, high performance, multi-user I/O, and rich user logic resources. High-speed LVDS interface, and creative integration of large-capacity SDRAM storage resources, customized reference design for industry users in MCU read-write control, SDRAM read-write control, LCD display control.

The development board is mainly composed of FPGA, LDO power supply circuit, download circuit, MCU interface circuit, LCD interface circuit, crystal oscillator circuit, etc. The development board GW1NR-4 FPGA device adopts QFN88 package form, and integrates SDRAM with capacity of 64Mbits. The hardware circuit platform is more compact, concise and efficient, and has the characteristics of high integration, high performance and low cost.
