Now take 40 liters as an example:
(1), 30 liters of new liquid, 10 liters of old liquid, 600-700 ml of additive, 500-600 ml of hydrochloric acid.
(2), 20 liters of new liquid, 20 liters of old liquid, 500-600 ml of additive, 300-500 ml of hydrochloric acid.
3. Additive preparation: The ratio of formazan disulfide to vinyl thiourea is about 2:1, and the amount of preparation should be determined according to the amount of plate making.
Now take 40 liters as an example:
(1) 60 g of formazan disulfide and 30-32 g of vinyl thiourea are dissolved by heating with 2000 ml of ferric chloride. The heating temperature is 60-70 °C.
(2) If the amount of plate making on the day is halved, it is 30 grams of formazan disulfide, 15-17 grams of vinyl thiourea, and dissolved by heating with 1 liter of ferric chloride.
Each time the dosing removes the first amount, the balance is added in the middle of the layout.
Second, the operation process
1. Preparation: use clean water to clean the corrosive machine, add new liquid, old liquid and hydrochloric acid according to the formula. After stirring for 5 minutes, add the additive and stir for 15 minutes. If the corrosive liquid has bubbles, add 3-5 drops of zinc additive. .
2. Condition setting: temperature 23-25 ​​°C, the number of revolutions starts to set 500-600 rpm, and then the layout state or plate requirements are gradually lowered.
3. Operation sequence:
(1), clean the plate with dilute ferric chloride, remove the plate oxide film, reveal the copper color, and find that the pitting is scraped off with a plate cutter.
(2) Finish the layout with the whole surface liquid (produced by the anti-pitting point).
Formula: 1000 ml of water, 300 g of salt, 100 ml of glacial acetic acid.
(3) After the whole surface, it can be corroded on the machine.
4, stop observation: first use 500-600 rpm corrosion for 3-5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the layout). You can stop to observe the state of the plate. If the corrosive liquid is normal, you can reduce the number of revolutions (450-500 rpm). After corrosion for about 10 minutes, stop and observe the plate state and slope. It is determined according to the slope condition to increase or decrease the number of revolutions. Wait again for 15-20 minutes. If the layout is normal, it can be etched to the required depth (45-50 minutes for general time).
5. Observe the processing of the layout status:
(1) The plate has a small amount of floc flowing smoothly indicating that the corrosive liquid is normal.
(2) The whitish layout (slightly lustrous) indicates that the additive is insufficient, the acidity is large, the slope will be delayed, and the small characters will be corroded. The additive should be added to reduce the number of revolutions.
(3) The layout has a very thick black floc. The slow flow indicates that the additive is too much, and the strength of the corrosive liquid is too small. Hydrochloric acid and ferric chloride can be added to increase the number of revolutions or temperature, otherwise a large amount of pitting and hemp tablets will be produced.
(4) If the etching solution of the plate is normal after 20 minutes, it can be corroded to a certain depth, but in order to maintain a good slope, the number of revolutions can be appropriately reduced (generally not less than 300 rpm).
6, quality requirements:
(1) The layout is complete and meets the requirements of the film.
(2) The slope of the layout is smooth and clean, without pitting.
(3) The angle of the slope is 110-120°.
(4) The depth is 0.6mm or more.
(5) The gap between words meets the requirements of hot stamping.
7. Post-corrosion treatment: The prepared copper plate is rinsed with water, and then the gap deposits are removed with nitric acid or brine.

Third, common fault diagnosis
1. Side wall 抠:

(3) The edges of the picture are hairy and creased, and the layout is gray, which is severely deficient in acid.

2, the slope is too large, the small gap is shallow:
