Ario smart table lamp can be used to imitate natural light

The sun will change over time in the day, so why is our indoor lighting not working? The Ario smart table lamp that was recently unveiled on the crowdfunding platform has the ability to use Harvard Medical School, NASA and American Pots. According to the Institute of Health Research, this device, known as "the world's first health-linked desk lamp", changes its light color and direction of illumination throughout the day like the sun.

We all know that light affects our circadian clock, energy levels and sleep, while the Ario desk light monitors the user's sleep and personalizes their work schedule. When connected to a Wi-Fi network, the smart device can determine its physical location, current time, season and local weather patterns to adjust its lighting. And with the depth of use, it can be more personalized according to the user's sleep habits.

According to reports, Ario will wake up our body with bright, rich blue light in the morning, making it full of energy. And when night comes, its light will turn amber, so as to soothe the body, so that users can sleep better. This table lamp uses an energy-saving and environmentally friendly LED bulb with a life span of more than 20 years.

Ario is currently raising money on Kickstarter for $199 (about RMB 1261) and is expected to ship in January next year.
