ULVAC has been working with Optorun on the sale of film forming devices for optical films such as LEDs and touch panels. In the future, the two companies will cooperate in the production of optical film manufacturing equipment and sales in the world. The cooperation was proposed by Guangchi. We will take full advantage of Glory's network and optical design technology, as well as the mobile power of the famous manufacturing equipment manufacturer Aifa, in the market for manufacturing devices for LEDs and touch panels that are rapidly expanding around East Asia. The main goal is to expand the prominent "China mainland, South Korea and Taiwan" (Afco). Aifa Branch and Guangchi cooperated. (1) In the optical film manufacturing equipment, the vapor deposition device will be sold and the sputtering device produced by Aifike; (2) In terms of LED, a combination of two companies will be provided. One-stop production line; (3) Aifa will receive 13% of Guangchi's stock and become the largest shareholder. Among them, in terms of LED manufacturing equipment, MOCVD equipment is scheduled to be added to the product group in 2011, and it is expected that the one-stop production line will be completed by then.
